The reason I went with this establishment is that Elizabeth Frye was honest with me from the start and she was helpful every step of the way. Customer service is of utmost importance to me and she surpassed my expectations.

Elizabeth was so helpful. I explained that we were taking a 7000 mile road trip and she made suggestions and they really checked to make sure the truck was ready. Excellent service!

My appointment for service was made quickly within a couple of days of my calling. I love the fact that they Provide vehicle pick up as well as delivery back to my house. I was kept informed via text and email of every aspect of my pick up and delivery, providing a picture and name of the agent picking up and delivering my vehicle.. I was given a detailed description of my service, and my customer service agent, Elizabeth Frye,was professional and very helpful, Even Assisting me with paying for service online. Update 11/21/25 elizabeth is great and checked up on me to make sure I made it to my moms for Thanksgiving.Mullinax is the best. Update 10/2/25 Still a fantastic place to get your cars and the mobile service saves you from having to miss a day of work.They come to you to repair /fix/oil change etc if needed. As always. Great service.Only place I would go for my vehicles. Bought another vehicle from them Always smooth transition. 12/26/24 just traded in my edge sport line for ford explorer sport 4x4 . Love it

I just want to say thank you to Elizabeth for being super friendly upon check-in,communicating about the needed repairs and checking out. Everything was great and I definitely recommend bring your Ford to the Quicklane for oil changes or whatever they can handle.
