I recently went in to look for a new bronco big bend and met Joe Light. He was extremely nice. Everything about my experience at Mullinax is different than a normal dealership. I have already recommended several people I know to go and to ask for Joe.

Outstanding experience. I have purchased a number of Ford vehicles through the years and this was the easiest and most seamless one yet. Joe Light was very polite, professional, and completely answered every question in detail. He was organized and knowledgeable about his product line and worked hard to ensure my wife and I felt comfortable about the transaction. I recently traded a 2012 F-250 that I bought new at Mullinax Ford in New Smyrna Beach in 2013. My new truck was purchased at their Apopka location and the entire experience was easy and stress free. Joe Light was my Salesman and confirmed the truck I saw online was available. The price is up front and Mullinax has NO DEALER FEE! A visit to meet Joe, see the truck, and get my trade appraised was quick and there were no surprises. The trade ACV was higher than I received from my local dealer and also Carvana. Lee Owens was my Finance Mgr. and he was also very professional. I asked about and purchased an extended warranty that fit my needs. Summary: I highly recommend buying a vehicle from Mullinax Ford in Apopka. Ask for Joe Light, you will be treated well and leave happy!

I chose Mullinax because of the up front pricing and no dealer or hidden fees. The dealer in my home town Ocala has $900+ dealer and other fees tacked on to sticker price. Joe Light was a pleasure to work with and referred me to a Ford appreciation program that saved me an extra $500 under the up front price. Very pleased with the purchase experience for my 2022 F-250 Limited with Mullinax Ford and in particular their sales executive Joe Light. I had been looking for some time with very specific non-negotiable parameters for what I wanted and this exact vehicle popped up at Mullinax…..i reached out and was immediately contacted by Joe…..his response to my enquiry was so quick Initially thought he was an AI bot….sorry again Joe! .However when i mentioned me wanting to make a purchase price offer he informed me that that’s not how Mullinax does business…..my initial reaction was that’s not how I do business and i was ready to walk. After spending the weekend looking at other exact same trucks that were even further afield (I live in Michigan) i cane to the conclusion that even though I had never purchased a vehicle without negotiating the price the Mullinax way might not be such a bad thing From that point and understanding that i was an out-of-state buyer, Joe was very responsive with in sending close up pics and videos of the areas of the truck that were important to me and he updated me regularly on the trucks progress through the inspection and detail phases. When i told Joe about my travel plans to come down and take possession he had no problem when I asked if he could pick me up from the airport, which is 40 minutes from the dealership. Turns out that day was Joe’s day off and he only mentioned that in passing after we got to his office. The Mullinax rigid “No Haggle Pricing” business model took a little getting used to but in this situation it’s feel I got a fair deal on the truck, which overall I am very pleased with but working with a sales professional like Joe Light was the icing on the cake!

Just bought my 2022 maverick from Mullinax ford after placing an order on the ford website. The entire process was a pleasure. Joe light was my salesman and kept me updated on what was happening from the day I placed the order to the day before I picked up my truck. As advertised there were no additional fees or surprises when the truck arrived. Just went down and arranged financing and drove home. First there was no mention of PIN numbers and we signed documents and couldn’t submit them. Then got message for PIN number, but couldn’t get my wife’s because phone number was incorrect! I was an early reservation holder but had to wait almost 2 years to get my Bronco. My salesman (Joe Light) kept in touch with me and got back to me every time I had a question. He answered every question I threw at him with professionalism. Mr. Molano was very nice to work with on financing.
