John M was the exact guy you want walking you through a new vehicle purchase. He was honest and upfront, didn’t try to pressure me into any purchase I didn’t want. Finding such a genuine, nice guy at a car dealership is rare. The Mullinax upfront pricing is very helpful in cutting through the expected sales negotiations. But it is a dealership, after all, so be ready for Sales Management to low-ball your trade-in value.

The Mullinax Ford Apopka experience was easily the best I have ever had purchasing a new vehicle. John Morales, my sales rep, made the process very easy and took care of all the details we had discussed. The finance department was very good at finding the best options for my sale and completed the deal in 2 1/2 hours. That's the shortest time I've ever spent in a dealership. Had a wonderful experience at Mullinax. It had been 11 years since I last purchased a vehicle and I was dreading the experience tbh. Mullinax’s no dealer fees and upfront pricing made the experience great however. John Morales in sales promptly responded to my online inquiry and we set up some time to meet the next day. The vehicle I wanted to test drive was parked up front when I arrived. After the test drive, I went back and forth between what models, features, and price points I was interested in. John was very patient with me and happy to trek across the lot on multiple occasions to look at a few different vehicles. Ultimately we landed on a vehicle that was slightly above my desired price point, but had the features I wanted. Working through the finance options, we got to a monthly amount that fit my budget and the rest is history! Of note, Mullinax is busy! That’s a good sign, but don’t wait till 7:30pm (just before closing) to make your selection. There were 7 customers in there on a Wednesday evening at this time and finance team was drowning in paperwork.

Just took delivery of my truck. This has been the best dealership experience I’ve ever had. Wes and John went above and beyond what is expected . They blew my mind on how transparent they were about the vehicle the price everything. No dealer fees no dealer addons no hidden fees just the price for the truck and registration . This sounds straight forward but it’s not, every other dealership in Florida does bait and switch pricing . I drove all the way from Tampa to get this truck and Mullinax delivered it to me for free!!. I am beyond words . Hands down the best dealership ever I am still in shock on how great they treated me since I am used to sleazy car dealerships. Thanks Wes!
