Juan was great! He made sure that every step of the process, from initial contact to final signature was painless. There was never any pressure, just information. Even when we were running late to get to the dealership due to traffic he was great! Can not stress enough that we have never had an easier time buying a truck from a dealership.

Both Ben and Juan were great to work with. I only have one regret - I should have put a $100 hold on the Azure Grey 2024 Ranger XLT because it was sild before we drove the 2 hours down the next day - it was on it's way to another customer. Juan helped us to select a Metallic blue with all the same features. It was late so we put the $100 down and scheduled to rwturn the next day at 1 pm. The next day he called ro confirm we were coming and we were already on our way. He went ahead to confirm if parts had the selected add-on we wanted before we arrived. The entire dealership went above and beyond with our purchase. It was one of the best experiences I have had in the purchase of a vehicle. I am 75 and have purchased over 20 in my lifetime so I know a good dealership when I find one. THANKS FOR ALL THE HELP FROM JUAN AND BEN.
