I’ve had a great experience with Mullinax Ford of Apopka so far. Very happy with my truck. The service department helped me with an issue from squirrel damage that took place. Kevin and the team at Mullinax were very professional, courteous and kind. I searched appropriately two weeks for the Maverick and price I wanted with other dealers closer to me . Offers made by other dealers in my area, had price markups with all kinds of different crap. I can’t stand those surprise markups with crap you don’t need.They low balled my trade in right off the cuff. Mullinax Ford does not add crap to the price, not even a dealer fee. Tax / tag and that’s it! The sticker is what I paid! Absolutely no dealer or Ridiculous fees! As far as the 2024 Maverick. I’m a little disappointed in a couple issues with this little truck. One big issue. When you exit the vehicle, several times the doors lock, with the keys in the truck / even in the ignition. I had to return home the other morning after leaving my wallet. I jumped out of the truck, running, phone inside and the doors locked. May have has the spare key with her in case something happens. She had to turn around, almost to work, to unlock the door. I am worried about stopping for gas and getting locked out. I’m use to jumping out, closing the door and usually leave the keys and my phone because the doors aren’t suppose to lock automatically! My other car had push button start, so the key was just in my pocket! I hope this is something that Ford finds a fix for and am curious if any other Maverick owners are experiencing this issue!?
Had an issue earlier this week, came in earlier today spoke with Kelly and Kevin expressed my frustration and they did right by me and took care of me. I truly appreciate the empathy and the length they went to make sure I am a retuning customer. They will continue to earn my business

I bought a 2024 Maverick XLT. I have been searching for about 2 weeks. I was looking online at Mullinax this morning and Kevin called me. This was after talking nonsense with local dealers to me in the Ocala area. Kevin was very professional and easy to deal with. He was quite patient with me as well, as I changed my mind a couple times on colors. Everyone at the dealership was polite and professional. Mr. Lee in finance displayed a great knowledge of his job and also very professional and personable. I liked that he was not pushy on the warranty packages. I did purchase a couple however.
