⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Luis Torres at the Quick Lane at Mullinax Ford provided outstanding customer service. I came in for what I thought would be a routine oil change, but when the technicians discovered my oil pan was cracked, Luis went above and beyond to make the experience as smooth as possible. He expedited my repair, kept me informed throughout the process, and even found over $350 in Ford Rewards that I had no idea I had available, saving me a substantial amount of money. He didn’t have to take the extra time to look for those rewards, but he did, and that level of honesty and customer care is exactly why I continue bringing my truck back to this Quick Lane location. Luis genuinely cares about his customers, and it shows. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful repair such a positive experience!

Quicklane Service for oil change and tire rotation. Very friendly and informative staff. I was greeted immediately upon arrival. I waited in the customer lounge while my car underwent its oil change. The customer area was very clean, with plenty of space and seating areas. I love the counter top viewing area where you can work on your laptop while you watch your car being worked on. I was offered multiple refreshments by staff. The service advisor, Luis T. was very kind and very professional. He communicated my vehicles needs and offered additional associated services. The manager was also present and greeting customers. Kudos for creating a calm, friendly and professional environment. Shout out to all the mechanics too! They had my vehicle maintenance completed within an hour of my arrival. I appreciate you taking such great care of my Bronco Sport!! Date of visit 3/6/26, AM.

Luis Lindo was great to work with and made buying the car buying experience very easy. We are from out of state and it was totally worth flying to Florida to purchase the car and drive it back home.
