This locations service has been impeccable. My service writer, Micah has been incredible. He hears me when I say something is wrong and they get it right before they call my car is ready to be picked up. Super impressed! I’ve worked with Micah on several issues with my truck. If it weren't for him in the service department, I would have already traded my F-150 Raptor for a Ram TRX. He does everything he can to maintain the truck and resolve every issue. Micah is easy to reach, shows great empathy, and treats the vehicle as if it were his own. Read entire message: Micah Miller‘s gets 5 star 2020 Lincoln navigator was purchased at this dealership. I took my car back because I was having an AC problem. My service advisor name is Micah Miller’s. He is an outstanding person. Michal took care of me. The AC repair went well on my car however, there were damages in the interior of my car once everything was complete completed. Those are the pictures demonstrated down below. Miller’s then I got in contact with Kelly William the manager. I expressed my concerns after my services. Both Mr. Miller’s and Mr. Williams the manager very responsive and fast acting to take care of my issues and concerns. The proper repairs were done to my 2020 Lincoln navigator, Kelly William went out and beyond to make sure that I was very satisfied with my vehicle. Kelly the manager, he help me through the entire process he was very communicative also very respectful and listen to all my concerns. That’s why I am giving them FIVE STARS. QUICKLANE SERVICE- I want to say, its been a year since i bought my vehicle. My experience is still TOP NOTCH. Most recently, i worked with April in the Quicklane service Center. Excellent service. They went out of their way to work wigh me. UPDATE: I've owned this Bronco for 5 months now. I'm so happy with my purchase. I bought a certified used car and they have done everything that I have ask as far as service goes. Micah is the best! The most painless buying experience I have EVER had. My sales associate (Brent) was fantastic. Absolutely ZERO pressure! I came in with a trade-in and was out with a new car in just a couple of hours (this included a test-drive, financials and assessment of my trade). Things couldn't have gone more smoothly.

This dealership is amazing. The appointments are perfectly timed. The communication is very professional. The service rep Micah was wonderful. The loaner car was held for me and it made the repair effortless on my part. i drive past many dealerships to go to Apopka. I live in the southern part of Lake county.
