Purchased a 2025 Lariat from here. Pleasant buying experience. Found an issue with scratched glass a couple weeks later when I took it to be tinted. Worked with the sales manager Michael to have it addressed and everything was resolved to my satisfaction. This is my 2nd car I’ve purchased from Mullinax and Michael’s thoroughness ensured I will be back. Love the truck, very happy with it.

Absolutely the best dealership i have experienced over my 50+ years of car ownership. Our sales associate, Juan, was professional, patient, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. We found exactly what we wanted - I've never seen such a large selection - 56 cars in the Bronco Sport alone to choose from. I should also comment that we had left the dealership at 9 pm with our car... and next day were disappointed with the physical condition of the under side of the vehicle.... our salesperson Juan responded immediately to our concerns, his manger Michael also called. We brought it back and they corrected the situation to our complete satisfaction . This is why i know we are in good hands and plan on giving them years of repeat business.
