My sales person, Noah made me so very happy by going overboard to ensure I had the car that I fell in love with. He spent a lot of time ensuring the paperwork was correct after my first choice became available. While the customer is waiting, they can enjoy a great cappuccino from the coffee machine. Noah was an excellent sales rep who was personable and kept me updated all week as I waited for it to get back from getting a new paint job (no extra cost). Great price, no extra fees which is lovely, car was in good shape. They provided the car fax for free which is a total bump up on my happy list. It did have a couple things we found unsatisfactory and they immediately offered to take care of it, no extra cost. Very good buying experience, I'd definitely go here again. Also, Jack from the New Smyrna Beach location was fantastic too! He handled the first vehicle I was looking at initially until I found my Honda!
