Paul and the team were great, process to get my new Ford Lightning was super smooth and transparent. Sales and Finance not pushy at all, and entire process was around 3 hours, even when the dealer was super busy on a saturday morning/afternoon. The no dealer fee is real!

The best used car buying experience. They head and shoulders above all dealerships I have had a car or truck purchase deal. The sales person, Mr Paul Pineda was very professional straight shooter. Was very well prepared answered all our questions and concerns. I would not hesitate to go again to Mullinax Ford for my next purchase. The vehicle was well prepared, clean in and out, fresh oil and filter. Mr Pineda, demeanor, professionalism and no nonsense approach when dealing with me made me feel comfortable during the whole process. The trait I liked best was his no nonsense and being straight shooter. Keep up the good work.
