I had very specific requirements and hadn’t purchased a new truck in years. After searching their inventory, I found a brand-new F-350 single rear wheel that was priced the same as a similar used truck with over 5,000 miles. That alone caught my attention. From there, everything exceeded expectations—and that’s largely thanks to Randy McDonald. Randy made the entire process incredibly smooth from start to finish. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went perfectly. What really stood out was his commitment—he even stayed engaged and kept me updated on his day off. That level of dedication is rare. The finance team were also great as they explained everything, and get this, no hidden dealerl fees! Everything was plain and clear The entire experience was seamless. I never even had to step foot inside the dealership. They delivered the truck to me the very next day, and even the delivery drivers were friendly, professional, and spoke highly of the company they work for. Knowing exactly what we were looking for, we did all of our research on line and visited several dealerships. I recently purchased a vehicle at this dealership with the salesman Randy McDonald. He was very attentive and transparent explaining everything with the vehicle, along with the process of how financing the vehicle goes. No dealer fees or a need to try and haggle for a lower price, he was upfront with how much the vehicle cost and the sales tax and fees for it. If you are deciding on where to get a vehicle, please consider this dealership. The process was very easy without much trouble at all. Would go here again if I ever decide to get another vehicle.

This is my fourth vehicle from Mullinax and we have worked with Randy McDonald on all four. Straight up pricing and no dealer fees is a big plus. We worked out most of the deal online and came in to sign. Service and quick lube is a plus. Definitely worth shopping for a Ford here

I am very happy with my experience at this dealership. Initially, I spoke back-and-forth via email with Randy who was great, and then I started working with Andy and I was not disappointed. He worked with us on the price and all the paperwork.. he made it super easy to understand and explained each paper there was, everything took less than two hours to complete and get out the door. I’m very happy with the truck I got and I would highly recommend this Ford dealership. I looked at about four other dealerships before settling on this vehicle at this location. Very good dealership even while under construction. One of the first things you may notice in the sales area is how long their sales force stays with them. THAT should tell you volumes. Randy and Caesar were very good with my deal. No pressure, just explanations and a good ending. They are my new used Lincoln dealer!
