Just picked up my 2026 Ford Explorer ST from Mullinax Ford of Central Florida Apopka and honestly had a great experience. I was amazed. Everyone was so friendly and went out of their way to help me. I bought a used expedition at another dealership but needed an extended warranty. Richy in finance jumped right on it with a phone call, text messages from his off hours (just to take care of a potential customer) and working through some nuances with what I was looking for. Then I went to Quick Lane, which wasn’t necessarily quick? However the staff in there (April and another gentlemen but I didn’t get his name) we so friendly, super respectful , informative and really cared about making sure I was happy. When I was in the sales building I asked for help getting setup with FordPass on my phone. Katelyn (salesperson) stepped away from her main job In selling and spent 10 minutes helping me get connected. She didn’t have to do that. No one ever really wants to go to a dealership but I’m very pleased that over the next five years with my car, I will have an enjoyable experience at Mullinax Apopka. Thank you all!
