Our first time at Mullinax Ford Apopka. Johnathan , Anastasia and Shawn were incredible to work with. This is by far the easiest car buying experience in our lives. The upfront no haggle price just saves both parties probably 2 hours of the back and forth gimmick most dealers play.

We just bought our seventh vehicle (and fifth new one) from Mullinax Ford in Apopka. Although we live in Cocoa, FL, we return because of their friendly service, especially from Salesmen Jose and Andrew, Finance Richy, and even occasional greetings from Mr. Mullinax. The family atmosphere stands out, along with Shawn and Warren efficiently finalizing our deal.

I recently purchased a 2025 Ranger from Mullinax Ford and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everyone made me feel truly welcomed, from my salesman Dan Niekraszewicz, Chris Williamson in finance and managers Shawn Marks and Warren Marks. All were very knowledgeable and made the process smooth and easy. The team at Mullinax creates a friendly and professional atmosphere that really stands out. Mullinax Ford continues to impress me with its honest approach and customer-first attitude.

This is our second purchase at Mullinax in Apopka. We had awesome experiences both times. The first time our salesman was Brent. He was nothing short of amazing! He guided my son in his purchase as if it were his own son. Our second purchase was with Dale. I appreciated that he was not pushy and allowed me to make a decision in my time. Really nice and friendly guy. The sales manager Shawn greeted us as soon as we got into the dealership with cold water bottles. He’s a really good guy too. Anastasia and Russ in finance are very good. Russ is top tier!!

Dennis was great, he kept everything honest and was passionate about helping me find a car I loved. The experience was easy and everyone we interacted with seemed genuine and friendly. Shawn the general manager of sales also did his best to ensure our experience was great. I appreciate the effort and kindness from everyone. I recommend the Apopka location to others looking for a car!

Jesse and Mullinax Ford patiently worked with me through the supply chain delays that resulted in my MY23 order transitioning to a MY24. Mullinax stayed committed to the order and ensured I received the transition rebate eliminating the model year price increased. Your follow up call 48-hours after the transaction is proof of your customer focused approach to service. I was super shocked to see and work with Finance Delivery Manager Cesar Molano. Cesar was the first person I ever interacted with at Mullinax Ford. Cesar sold me a Ford Freestyle in 2005 as well as a very nice set of wheels! In addition, it was extremely encouraging to work with a man of integrity and honesty on my vehicle trade-in, Sales Manager Warren Marks. Finally, I was blessed and honored to meet General Manager of Sales Shawn Marks (Warren’s brother!) and see his commitment to customer service in action.
