Wow! No pressure? ✔️ Fair price? ✔️ Fair trade amount? ✔️ Great experience? ✔️ No dealer fees!! It's really true, and not a gimmick! And the upfront pricing is nice...no need to haggle (No sneaky 'required' options I've encountered before - I won't mention the other dealership, but I'll never go back there.) Purchasing a car is just one of those adulting things you have to do from time to time. And my husband and I had a great experience. Multiple calls and several visits to other dealers and I was no closer to getting a new car than when I started. I had done all my research, knew what I wanted, budgeted, planned...the whole nine yards and just couldn't get to where I needed to be with anyone. Then I made a call to Mullinax Ford in Apopka and spoke with a terrific consultant, Trudy. I call her a consultant, because that is the role she presented. There was no 'car salesman' vibe at all. She was polite, professional and personal. She LISTENED to what I wanted to achieve, and off we went on our journey. We appreciated her engagement with us very much. For anyone that isn't a fan of buying cars, go there and ask for her. She's terrific. I recommend the Dealership in general, and Trudy in particular. It'll be worth it!

Trudy was awesome she had the F150 pulled up before I got there so I could take it for a test drive as soon as I arrived. Best sales person I ever dealt with. She was great. The rest of the place not so much.. The process to buy after I went got my own pre approval before I got there had cash in hand still took 4ish hours.. that part could be better

Very well kept business, and the best set up for a sales department. No hassles from sales team, very cooperative with every question I had. Except for the miss understanding on military discount for retired military. Looked deep into it and realized that the discount has changed and now it states it applies only within 2 years after active duty. It would been great to use the $500 towards a bed liner, however over all my sales lady Trudy did an outstanding work for her first day in sales. Thanks again Trudy!
