These guys are the best we traded one vehicle it was the most hassle free experience I ever had buying a truck. and it wasn't just the inside staff, the behind the scenes stuff that you don't deal directly with was extremely quick and efficient with everything throughout the process. We had an appointment with Juan when we got there he pulled up the vehicle we were interested in and immediately went for a test drive. When we got back to the dealership we made the decision to move forward with the purchase and the process moved very efficiently and quickly. We also sold my wife's 2018 Explorer to them that took even less time. When we arrived they took the car checked it out came back within 20 minutes with an offer. Within an hour we were out of the dealership. We briefly waited for paperwork processing etc. and multiple staff members stop and spoke to us, brought us bottles of water on more than one occasion. Sean the general manager stopped to just speak with us for a few minutes also asking if there was anything we needed to please let him know. First thing is first, no no pressure with UpFront pricing was a no brainer. Second, No Dealer Fees. Don't need a review for that. My Sales rep Noah greeted me at the door, handshake like the good ole days. When asked what I was looking for, I took him right outside to the 2024 Ford Maverick Hybrid XLT with the Hot Pepper Red color that I have been eyeing for 4 months. He had the keys in less than 5 mins, and out to the test drive we went. While on the test drive, i noticed a minimal issue with the front driver tire (probably from sitting on the lot for over a year.) still was in love with the truck. he taught me some things that i was unaware off, and i taught him a few after my many hours of research as i have never bought a brand new car before. Once back at the dealership, we went inside and started the process. I let him know I was already pre approved for financing through Capital one and I would most likely go with that process as I knew how much I was putting down, a rough estimate of my trade in, and knew what my monthly payment would be with the interest rate. We started the credit app and i let him know it would be okay to run a few other banks to see if they could beat it. (no bank did) Noah let me know they have a 4 bank limit to help the customer not receive a large ding on their credit. Once the credit app was done, they went outside to value my trade in. To be honest, this was the only bad part of the process and really was not their fault as I knew my car would not be the best, but they were only $250 down from my value that I wanted. Then it was off to the Finance Manager where they usually gut you from what I have been reading and watching. Lee the Finance Manager was not like i read, he was not demanding, did not push too hard, i did end up purchasing an additional warranty based on the amount of miles i drive in a typical year to extend my warranty another year. But again, it really felt like my decision as I made a logical decision to calculate how much it was and compare it to what a major repair would have cost. Just seemed to have it and not need it, then to not have it. Then the Dealership Manager Warren introduced himself, and threw in a free shirt (I know it was the least they could do). It was a pretty cool shirt, they dubbed it “Maverick Mania” and the Maverick pictured was one in the Hot Pepper Red. I let them know that they couldn’t use this shirt anymore as I purchased the last Maverick in this color and they 2025 did not have the color as an option anymore. Once all documents were said and done, it was time to make the actual down payment. We walked over to the front desk, handed over all the cash for the down payment, and the truck was ready from its detail. Noah took me out to the truck, showed me how to connect the FordPass app to the truck and we were on our way. I can not stress how great this experience was and I would definitely do business with this team again in the future.
